We are pleased to announce the release of the MonCargo Help Page, accessible after logging in. The Help Page provides comprehensive guidance — from basic usage to detailed explanations of each feature.

After logging in to MonCargo, select Help Page from the menu.

Background

Since its launch in March 2022, MonCargo has been characterized by its simple, user-friendly interface specialized in tracking. While this core feature remains unchanged, the number of functions has grown significantly, and the platform is now used not only as a tracking tool but also as a logistics business DX solution integrated into daily operations.

As new functions were added, we received more requests such as “We’d like a user manual” and “We need the manual in English as well.” However, PDF manuals quickly became outdated whenever new features were introduced.

From now on, we will maintain the Help Page in both Japanese and English, ensuring that the latest information is always available.
