What is Premium plan onboarding support? expand_more expand_less
For Premium plan customers, we provide one individual onboarding meeting (up to 60 minutes) within 3 months after the contract starts. We support initial setup, permission concepts, CSV item checks, and other basic operations for getting started. If desired, we can also provide a session for multiple users to explain how to use the system together. *Macro creation, individual business design, and custom template creation are not included.

We support bank transfer (invoice payment) and credit card payment.
How can I cancel my contract? expand_more expand_less
If you wish to cancel, please contact info@moncargo.io at least 30 days before the contract expiration date. Cancellation during the contract period is not possible. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, your contract will be automatically renewed for the same period.

After graduating from the Faculty of Literature at Kobe University, she joined Rakuten Inc. to learn the fundamentals of e-commerce. Later, she switched to a foreign manufacturing company and faced challenges from the manufacturer's perspective. While studying business strategy in an evening MBA program, she developed an interest in marketing for luxury brands rather than FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). This led her to study abroad at ESSEC Business School in France. Upon returning to her home country, she worked as an EC Manager for a foreign cosmetics manufacturer, served as a CMO for a startup, and eventually founded MonCargo.
