[Important] Update to User Invitation Method: Transition to Email-Based Invitations

Thank you for using MonCargo.

We would like to inform you that the user invitation method will be updated as follows.

■ Effective Date
Thursday, April 24, 2025

■ What's Changing
The current invitation method via shared URL will be replaced with a new method that requires entering the invitee's email address.

■ Why We're Making This Change
At MonCargo, we have ensured secure team management through measures such as restricting usage to specific domains.
As part of our continued efforts to enhance security, we are now transitioning to an email-based invitation system.

■ New Invitation Process

1. The admin enters the email address of the member to invite and sends the invitation.
2. The invited member creates an account using the link in the email.
3. After verifying their email, the member joins the team and can start using MonCargo.

※ The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, please resend the invitation.

■ About the Old Invitation URLs
The previous method of inviting members by sharing a public URL will no longer be available after the transition.
Users accessing an old invitation URL will see an error message. Please use the new email invitation process going forward.
