From 3:00 PM on February 10 to 11:00 AM on February 12, the update of some shipping company information was temporarily halted. The issue has now been resolved, and the service is operating normally.
The cause was a temporary system malfunction, and all functions are now operating as expected. We are committed to further improving and strengthening our monitoring systems to prevent similar issues in the future.
