Customer Support Holiday Period
December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) – January 4, 2026 (Sunday)

*Regular operations will resume on January 5, 2026 (Monday).
Any inquiries received during the holiday period will be addressed starting January 5, 2026 (Monday).

Please note that due to the year-end and New Year holiday, the invoice issue date for the December 2025 billing period will be changed to December 29, 2025 (Monday).
