Thank you for always using MonCargo.

We’re pleased to announce that the maximum number of records that can be uploaded via CSV has been increased from 100 to 1000.
This update makes it easier to register a large number of shipment records at once and helps streamline your daily data entry operations.

Development Background

As the number of shipments tracked in MonCargo has continued to grow, we received feedback such as:

“The 100-record limit isn’t enough.”

“We have to split our uploads into two or three separate files.”

Each time users had to divide and manage CSV files manually, it added unnecessary workload to their daily tasks.

In response, we’ve expanded the limit to 1000 records per upload to better accommodate real-world usage and operational needs.

Use Cases

This update is particularly helpful in the following scenarios:

  • Bulk uploading a large number of shipment records at once.
  • Automatically detecting and excluding duplicate rows during upload, without manual deduplication in CSV files.
  • Importing data more smoothly from Excel, ERP systems, or other external tools.

With this release, bulk registration of shipment information becomes even more seamless, contributing to faster workflows and fewer input errors.
We hope this update will help reduce operational workload and further support digital transformation (DX) in global trade and logistics operations.
