We would like to inform you of some important changes we have made to enhance the security of MonCargo, effective from February 22, 2024.
1. Password Policy Update:
Previously, passwords were required to be at least 6 characters long and could contain alphanumeric characters. Going forward, the following new rules will apply:
Passwords must be at least 10 characters long.
Passwords must include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
2. Optional Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Implementation:
To further strengthen your security, we have introduced the option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). By enabling 2FA, an additional verification step will be required during login, enhancing protection against unauthorized access to your account.

These changes are aimed at fortifying the security of MonCargo and safeguarding your data. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with these new security measures, as your safety is our top priority.
As a reminder, please ensure that your current password complies with the new policy. If not, we recommend updating your password accordingly.
Existing customers can continue using their current passwords; however, the new password policy will apply when changing passwords. When creating a new password, please ensure it meets the criteria of being at least 10 characters long and includes a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
We highly recommend setting up two-factor authentication to further enhance your security. Enabling 2FA will add an extra layer of protection to your account, ensuring a safer MonCargo experience.
