Thank you for using MonCargo. On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, we successfully implemented the planned Webhook specification update. Please see below for more details.

MonCargo API Webhook Update Notification

Before the update:
An HTTP request is sent when there are changes to the shipping schedule or related information.

Updated Behavior:
In addition to changes, an HTTP request will also be sent when data is retrieved for the first time after a shipment is registered.

Release Date:
Tuesday, January 28, 2025

This update will enable users to obtain initial shipment data, allowing for smoother integration.

Please note that after the update, the timing and conditions for Webhook triggers will remain consistent with the email notification settings configured by users for their Webhook URLs.
