Feature Update: You Can Now Check Two-Factor Authentication Status

Thank you for using MonCargo.

You can now view the two-factor authentication (2FA) setup status for each user directly from the admin panel. This gives you a clear picture of your organization's security posture and makes it easy to identify users who have not yet enabled 2FA.

Feature Overview

The admin panel now displays the 2FA configuration status for all users at a glance.

• View whether 2FA is enabled or disabled for each user in the user list
• Check 2FA status for guest users as well
• Quickly assess your organization's overall security readiness

Use Cases

This feature is especially useful for security management scenarios such as:

• Tracking the 2FA adoption rate across your organization
• Reviewing security coverage including guest users
• Identifying users who have not yet set up 2FA and guiding them through the process

Background

We received requests from customers who wanted to monitor the security settings of all users—including guest users—from the admin panel. We developed this feature to provide visibility into 2FA adoption, supporting your efforts to protect against unauthorized access and phishing.
