Notice of Change to Quote-Based Pricing Plan

Thank you for using MonCargo.

To enhance the flexibility of our service and better meet our customers' diverse needs, we will be revising our pricing structure to a quote-based system.

Until now, MonCargo has offered transparent, fixed-rate plans, such as the Standard Plan, based on the number of tracking cases. At the same time, as our customer base has grown, we have seen an increase in the diverse requirements and preferences of each customer.

Given these developments, it has become challenging to accommodate all needs with a standardized pricing structure. Therefore, we will be moving from a fixed-price system to a customized, quote-based approach tailored to each customer's usage and specific requirements.

Details of the Change:

• Effective Date: December 1, 2024
• New Pricing Structure: Individual quotes will be created based on the scale of your usage and the necessary features.
• Requesting a Quote: Please contact us through our website’s form or reach out to your sales representative. We will respond promptly.

※ From November 15 to November 30, 2024, there will be a transition period, during which the Pricing Page on our website will reflect the new quote-based format.

※ Customers who are already subscribed to the Standard or Premium plans will not be subject to the new quote-based pricing structure.
