Notice of MonCargo service pricing revision

Thank you for always choosing MonCargo.

We would like to inform you that starting from April 1, 2024 (Monday), we will be revising the MonCargo service fees.

MonCargo is entering its third phase as of March 2024. Initially designed to streamline the work of individual trade practitioners, our service has now expanded to serve a broader audience. The feedback and requests we have received from our users have been instrumental in our ongoing efforts to improve our service, leading to gradual feature enhancements since its inception. We express our gratitude to all the users who have supported us.

In light of the continuously changing social and economic landscape, including fluctuations in the exchange rates of the Japanese yen and rising energy-related costs, we have decided to implement our first fee revision to ensure the provision of stable services.

Moving forward, MonCargo remains committed to "making container tracking easier" and will continue to strive for service enhancement.

Starting from April 1, 2024 (Mon), customers who upgrade to a paid plan after this date will be eligible.
Existing MonCargo customers who are already using a paid plan will not be affected by this fee revision and can continue to use the service under the previous fee structure.

We would like to inform you that as of the end of June 2024, we will be discontinuing new registrations for the Starter Plan.

The decision to discontinue new registrations for the Starter Plan has been made due to the lack of sufficient support from our customers. We believe that this step will allow us to focus on improving our services and developing new plans that better meet the needs of a wider range of our customers. Our goal is to provide enhanced services that better cater to your needs.
