Delay Display Feature Now Released

We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature that displays the extent of delays for containers currently in transit. This feature makes it easier to intuitively understand any delays in container shipments at a glance.

MonCargo is committed to continuously improving our services to simplify container tracking for our users.

Delay Display Feature

For example, this feature allows you to see if a container scheduled to ship from London to Kobe is delayed by 16 days from its originally planned Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of January 26, 2024. This information helps all relevant stakeholders to quickly develop response plans.

Additionally, the original ETA can be confirmed on the container detail screen.

Development Background

Many of our users expressed a desire to view a summary of delays from the original schedule. With MonCargo's email notifications and this summary view, you can quickly identify cases that require attention.
