9. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If we are requested by the individual themselves to suspend or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to reasons such as the personal information being handled beyond the scope of the pre-publicized purpose of use or being obtained through deception, falsification, or other fraudulent means, or if we are requested by the individual themselves to suspend the provision of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Provision Suspension") based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act due to reasons such as the personal information being provided to third parties without the individual's consent, and it is confirmed that there are grounds for the request, we will promptly suspend the use or provision of personal information after confirming that the request is from the individual themselves, and notify the individual accordingly. However, this does not apply if we are not obligated to suspend the use or provision under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

When we are requested by a user to disclose his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose such information to the user without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself. If such personal information does not exist, we will notify the user to that effect. However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee of 5,000 yen per case will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
